OUR RETURN WINDOW

We’ll gladly accept items for exchange or return for a full credit within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve mistakenly sent you an incorrect item.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

For a successful return or exchange, the item must be:

• In its original condition.
• Unused.
• In its original packaging.

A copy of your original receipt or transaction details must be included with your return.

Upon receiving returned items, Joey Pet World reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if the merchandise doesn’t meet these return policy requirements.

EXCEPTIONS

Custom orders and “Final Sale” items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To ensure your return is tracked, please ship your item via a traceable shipping method. We recommend using reliable Indian courier services that offer tracking. Be sure to keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.

Return shipping charges and any insurance costs are your responsibility as the customer.

Please be aware that the customer is also responsible for any shipping charges incurred on bounced or undeliverable packages.

REFUND PROCESSING

We will apply your refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving your returned item. Joey Pet World will send you an email notification to the address listed on your order once the refund has been applied.

Please understand that your bank or financial institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
