We coordinate with groomers, trainers, dog walkers, etc. to ensure that in addition to being healthy your dog is getting enough exercise, mental stimulation, and is well mannered among other things

Prevention: Most veterinarians see their patients when they are sick. We work with you to craft a comprehensive wellness plan that improves your dog’s long-term health and quality of life

Convenience: We can see you dog while he or she is receiving other services like grooming and overnight care without your having to be present and provide transportation to and from our facilities. We also offer telemedicine. No more trips to the vet!

All service details must be submitted clearly at the time of booking.

For any changes or updates to your appointment, please email us at [email protected] – verbal requests or chat messages without full details won’t be accepted to avoid miscommunication.

Please allow a 2-hour window for dog walks and a 4-hour window for cat visits to begin. For puppies under 1 year, the walk may start within a 1-hour window.

To manage our walkers’ schedules efficiently, we require a minimum of 4 walks per week or 16 walks per month, scheduled in advance.

  • Walk Duration: 15 minutes
  • Available Timing: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance
  • Cat visits must be daily — alternate day visits are not available

For flexible or occasional walks:
If your dog is comfortable walking in a group and you can provide at least a 3-hour window, we may accommodate occasional bookings based on availability.

If you need less than 16 walks a month or ad hoc walks: If your pup can walk with others in a group, and you can provide us at least 3 hours time frame and are flexible with the duration of the walks, we might be able to accommodate some of the requests depending on walkers availability.

  • Cancel or change your booking by 10 PM the night before to avoid charges.
  • ₹200 late cancellation fee applies if canceled after 10 PM the night before.
  • Full service charge applies if canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled window.
  • ₹200 no-show/cancellation fee for same-day cancellations for day care.
  • ₹500 cancellation fee applies for boarding canceled less than 24 hours prior.
  • For regular services: Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
  • For short-term bookings: Payment is due on the first day of service.
  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and credit cards.
  • Please note: 2% surcharge on card payments.
  • We require card details or advance payment before the first service begins.

  • If payment is delayed beyond 5 weeks or exceeds ₹5000, your card on file will be charged automatically.
  • A late fee of ₹150/week will be charged for payments pending beyond 6 weeks.
